How should I configure my Mailman list so that it's a moderated list?
I don't see a setting for this. I see two ways to approximate it but both have problems.
1. I can set every user to moderated. The problem with this is that every time someone new subscribes I have to set them as moderated. I'm looking for a global setting.
2. I can turn on emergency moderation. The problem with this is that when a member who isn't set to moderated posts a message I don't get an email informing me of the fact. It just sits there on the server until I check for posts.
Is there some way that I can specify that all messages should be moderated, and get a notification email every time any member posts? Without having to individually set each new subscriber to moderated?
