When you go to the roster from the listinfo/<listname> page, it goes to the roster/<listname> URL. If you then go somewhere else and then back to that URL, I'd expect it to work. Also, if I go to a list admin page, logging in along the way, and then just change "admin" in the address bar to "roster" and go there, it works all the time.
If I go to a list admin page and login, and then simply replace admin with roster, it DOESN'T work. But if I first visit one of the admin pagesafter logging in, and then replace admin with roster, it works.
