Are you sure he's sending from exactly [EMAIL PROTECTED] (And not like, [EMAIL PROTECTED], or, alternatively, that you didn't register [EMAIL PROTECTED] and he's sending from [EMAIL PROTECTED], or that you didn't register something silly like [EMAIL PROTECTED]) Reply-to-all.
