Maybe. In the first sentence you use 'foo' to refer to the list name. In the unsubscribe command, you use it again, but here it is not the list name (which is determined by the address you mailed to); it is your list password. It is also the password in the subscribe command, but here it sets the password, so it can't be 'wrong'. What happens in response to your mail to foo-request?
