For security-related issues, we prefer to route things through the 
appropriately controlled list.  We'd rather not have discussions of 
security-related subjects on a public list.  Once Barry, Tokio, Mark, 
or one of the other core developers approve, the discussion could be 
moved to mailman-developers.
