What are your Content filtering settings? Your message as below should pass through unscathed if filter_content is No or if filter_content is Yes, pass_mime_types includes text/html and convert_html_to_plaintext is No. This works for individual messages and for the MIME format digest. For the pipermail archive and plain digest, the html will still be scrubbed.
