Under Non-digest options, set check Full Personalization option and put %(user_address)s in the text box below it. %(user_address)s Also, for this to work you need to set OWNERS_CAN_ENABLE_PERSONALIZATION = Yes in mm_cfg.py and restart mailman. You should find this file in /usr/local/mailman/Mailman/ but your set up may vary.
