You need to click the submit button.

I.e. you need to assign a value (any value) to options-submit in the
cgi data as in

<http://mydomain.com/mailman/options/mylist_mydomain.com/myname--at--mydomain.com?password=mypass&disablemail=0&mime=1&options-submit=x>
