Setting nomail requires a withlist script as Brad suggested. See
<http://www.msapiro.net/scripts/set_nomail.py> (mirrored at
<http://fog.ccsf.edu/~msapiro/scripts/set_nomail.py> and
<http://veenet.value.net/~msapiro/scripts/set_nomail.py>) for an
example.
