Search for "troubleshoot" in the FAQ Wizard (see <http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py>). Follow all the instructions. Report back here. If you are not able to follow all the instructions because you don't have access to some of the information, you need to talk to your web hosting company and get them to go through that process with you. If you can't get them to do that, then there's nothing more we can do to help you.
