My Defaults.py set it correctly
---
DEFAULT_ARCHIVE = On
DEFAULT_ARCHIVE_PRIVATE = 0
ARCHIVE_TO_MBOX = 2
---

and not touched in mm_cfg.py. Does an explicite override in
mm_cfg.py necessary?
