Well, the actual emails carrying the URLs wouldn't be from the same
domains, so I couldn't use GNU  Mailman to catch those emails by the
headers.

If by "spam filter" you mean software other than GNU Mailman that
wouldn't work for my situation as I do not have access to the server
GNU Mailman runs on and I don't want to bother the admin more than I
have to as he is graciously providing all of this for free ( including
his time ).
