Yes. It tells me your outgoing MTA is verifying each recipient address and taking 30 seconds for each one. I.e it is processing a maximum of 120 recipients per hour or 2.5 hours for one post to a list with 300 non-digest subscribers. Then your out queue gets hoplessly backlogged.
