I read your original post. I see nothing there I haven't addressed. The only explicit assumption I made is that the test address that was disabled by bounce over 24 hours ago was disabled before you set bounce_you_are_disabled_warnings to 0. I suppose I did make an implicit assumption that you have command line access to the installation when I suggested you could run cron/disabled by hand.
