Well, I actually just figured this out. I set Postfix back to work for just a single domain, reinstalled mailman and now it's working correctly. I'll just need to do the advanced config for the multiple domains.

So, can join the list fine and receive emails from the mailman server, just can't post to the list... Any ideas?
