If you are saying that it grows to 5 GB within 15 minutes, then shorten the time between processing to say 5 minutes by putting REGISTER_BOUNCES_EVERY = minutes(5) in mm_cfg.py and restarting mailman. If you are saying that bounce-events-xxxx.pck is not being processed and cleared every 15 minutes, then there is some other problem. Look in Mailman's error and bounce logs for clues.
