I have created a mailman mailing list and enabled email notifications. But when ever someone responses to the list it take more than 12 hours for me to receive an email notification of their list response. Even though it only takes a few moments to receive the notification the "Pending Moderation Request section"
I am not sure if its mailman that causes the delay in email notifications, my ISP's server, or my mail program.
