Does that mean "nobody got it" or "she didn't get it and you assume
that nobody else did"?  If the latter, check her settings of "not
metoo" and "nodupes" in the membership management page.  In either
case, did it make it to the archives?  (If you've already thought of
all that, no offense intended; past cases of non-delivery have
occasionally been due to such causes.
