Don't use the Yum install. It is 2.1.9 for CentOS 5 which is quite old. Install the 2.1.13 tarball. Is the list's email domain in POSTFIX_STYLE_VIRTUAL_DOMAINS in mm_cfg.py? is "MTA = 'Postfix'" in mm_cfg.py?
