No. What you apparently want is for Mailman to insert a Reply-To: header with both the original From: address and the list address. There is no configuration setting to do this. The closest you can come is to set first_strip_reply_to to No and reply_goes_to_list to This list, but that will only work if the original post has a Reply-To: with the sender address.
