No. It is only a summary of what you would see in you went to the
admindb page at that time.

So you are getting the notices controlled by admin_notify_mchanges.
This confirms that Mailman can send to owners/moderators and
VirginRunner is running.

If mail to LISTNAME-owner@... is not working, there is some other
reason for that, although this mail uses essentially the same
processes as list posts so it is hard to guess what may be wrong.

As I note above, VirginRunner IS running if you got the subscribe and
unsubscribe notifications.

The hosting service is going to have to figure this out. Further
diagnosis needs access to Mailman's logs and/or the MTA logs.
