That would be very difficult. You can add a style sheet to the Mailman
generated html pages as suggested at in the post
at<http://mail.python.org/pipermail/mailman-users/2008-March/060881.html>,
but this probably won't help much because WEB_HEADER_COLOR is used to
set the bachground only on the "header" rows of tables, and I don't
know how to define a style selector that would apply only to those
rows.

It means that the mm_cfg.py color settings don't apply to templates
because template colors can be specified by editing the templates per
the FAQ at <http://wiki.list.org/x/jYA9>.
