We've had several user's email accounts get hacked, and spam get sent out to the entire list.
When this happened before, I would simply check their moderation bit and could hold messages until I was assured their account was secured. I tried to do this yesterday, and began receiving the below error message. I also receive it when I try to set the global moderation bit.
