I have opened the port (9025) and also I made sure that it is not used, but I get the same error. Any other ideas? The test is trying to set up a "fake" MTA to be the MTA side of an SMTP connection. The fake MTA is trying to open a socket to listen and the connection is refused. I think it is trying to listen on port 9025.
