Many cPanel Mailman users have issues that are difficult to resolve because they don't have access to Mailman's logs. I spoke with a cPanel developer about this at PyCon, and he has created a feature request at <http://features.cpanel.net/responses/as-a-web-site-owner-i-need-access-to-a-mailman-listss-log-files-in-order-to-troubleshoot>.
If you are interested in this, go to the above URL and vote for it.
