Hello,
A while back I replaced our older Mailman Server with a SLES 11 SP3 Server. The
Mailman Version is 2.1.14. Everything is running fine for the most past.
The only issue that I have is that when certain large email lists send emails
containing attachments the .pck bounce messages in /var/lib/mailman/data grow
rapidly and fills up all the disk. These lists are large and I know for a face
a lot of these email addresses no longer exists. I have a 60GB disk dedicated
to /var and space is not an issue. It always sits at 40% utilization until
someone send an email to these lists. Is there something that I can do to avoid
this from happening? Any help would be appreciated.

Can you adjust the bounce thresholds on the list to get it to
automatically remove most of the bad addresses? You might need to send a
"probe" message once a day for a few days to get multiple bounces from
bad addresses to avoid dropping people with transient problems.
