Yes, and what I said in the above paragraph is how to do that. I.e., Go
to the list admin Non-digest options page, and set personalize to Full
Personalization. If you do not see the personalize settings on that
page, you need to set

OWNERS_CAN_ENABLE_PERSONALIZATION = Yes

in mm_cfg.py as it says in the FAQ at <http://wiki.list.org/x/4030545>.
