There are links there to other formats as well in case you have difficulty reading that. However, there is no specific guide for what you are asking. You need to contact the list owner to find why your posts are not reaching the list. If the list posting address is [email protected], you should be able to reach the owner at [email protected]. Also note that your post reached this list with no problem, although it was initially held for moderation because all posts to this list from new subscribers are held.
