If you mean sync_members, the output will be the same with one possible
addition. If an address to be added is banned from the list, '-n' will
not report this because the script actually has to try to add the
address to find if it's banned, but without '-n', attempts to add banned
addresses will fail and be reported.

If you actually mean sync_users, I don't know what that is or what it does.
