I would call this a bug in Tbird, but Mozilla probably calls it a
deliberate feature.[1] It may be a response to something like
<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=524277>, but that's old
and not marked fixed. So far, I haven't found anything else relevant,
but I haven't looked very hard.

Here's the story:

If a message contains a Reply-To: header and a List-Post: header, both
containing the same address, "Reply" ignores the Reply-To:. Presumably,
the theory is Tbird offers "Reply List" (shift+Ctrl+L), so if you are
using "Reply" rather than "Reply List", you must intend the reply to go
to the sender.

The only thing you can do in Mailman is set include_list_post_header to
No, but this may annoy some users who like the "Reply List" ability.

[1] It is a bug in that it is a violation of RFC 5322 sec 3.6.2 which
says in part

The originator fields also provide the information required when
replying to a message. When the "Reply-To:" field is present, it
indicates the address(es) to which the author of the message suggests
that replies be sent. In the absence of the "Reply-To:" field,
replies SHOULD by default be sent to the mailbox(es) specified in the
"From:" field unless otherwise specified by the person composing the
   reply.

Of course, setting reply_goes_to_list is also a violation ...

And I'm also somewhat sympathetic to the arguments in
<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=524277>, but that asks for
an option, and as far as I can tell, this behavior is not optional, even
in the config editor.
