Hi David, You'll have to dig deeper into cPanel documentation to find where the problem is.
If you have shell access, then a simple exim -bt j...@nfbnet.org should tell you whether the address is deliverable or not. Exim+Mailman integration involves the MACROS, the routers and transports, and the mm_cfg.py and I must say I don't know how those are done with cPanel. I know how to do them via CLI though.
