There's a script at <https://www.msapiro.net/scripts/clone_list> (mirrored at <https://fog.ccsf.edu/~msapiro/scripts/clone_list>) which will create a duplicate list with a new name. It has options to duplicate the membership and archives. There will be issues with the archives as discussed in the script's help.
