The OP has the mailman scripts in an "odd" place (not under /var/www/... or whatever his linux distro expects web apps (CGI scripts, etc.) to live. He needs the selinux context to be something like this: unconfined_u:object_r:httpd_sys_content_t:s0 (He should do a ls -Z someplace where web pages are working, esp.
