The requests waiting user confirmation are in the file lists/LIST_NAME/pending.pck. Requests waiting moderator action are in the file lists/LIST_NAME/requests.pck. There are scripts at <https://www.msapiro.net/scripts/> (mirrored at <https://fog.ccsf.edu/~msapiro/scripts/>) which can help with this. In particular, "erase" and "list_requests". Also, the withlist script "discard_subs.py".
