dear mm users/support,

In a domain, I manage "focus-related" lists of three types:

"general-interest" (single list), "specialized-topics" (several
such lists) and "work-leaders" (some such lists), with
much overlap
(
i.e. the union of "specialized" lists equals the "general"
one and "leaders" are members of both "general"
and a couple of "specialized" lists
)

all lists must exchange messages freely among
them but for some (e.g. "leaders") all external mail
is just spam

Is there a way to say:

** for "leaders" allow from people already registered
in at least one of the "general" or "specialized" lists,
   but auto-drop any other sender?
** for all lists allow intra-messaging  from people
subscribed to any list and moderate only "external"
  people?

thanks before hand for any advice (either if it
is doable or not!)

giannis
