You need to enable Mailman-Postfix integration - see
<https://www.list.org/mailman-install/postfix-integration.html>

Even if your MTA isn't Postfix, you can make this work. See
<https://mail.python.org/pipermail/mailman-users/2004-June/037518.html>.
