Please see this article <https://wiki.list.org/x/4030543> It is the server admins that have to help you with this, i.e. the "newqwestmailman server people". If they are unable or unwilling to help, please forward one of these "bouncing emails" in it's entirety so we can see all of the message headers which will give us more information to be able to help. Alternatively, if this is by chance a cPanel managed server, can you log in to your control panel?
