It depends what options you mean. The Mass Subscription added members will have their digest options set according to the Digest options digest_is_default and mime_is_default_digest settings. Their moderation will be set according to Privacy options... ->Sender filters -> default_member_moderation. Some other options will be set according to General Options -> new_member_options.
