It appears that you are using the unsupported and not recommended postfix_to_mailman.py to deliver to Mailman. See https://wiki.list.org/x/15564817 for more on that.
If you configure delivery to Mailman as described in the subsections at http://www.list.org/mailman-install/node12.html you won't have this issue.
