Good morning, We had a ticket come in this morning that I could use some guidance on, posted below. The ticket had screen shots of the original messages and the authorization messages sent to the list admins. I can confirm that the messages each had unique eml attachments. Are there log files that show the moderator approvals? Thanks in advance for any assistance as I try to dig on this oddity.. π
βIt appears there was an issue with our Mailman listserv today and I am hoping you may be able to shed more light on why/how it happened. We use mailman to manage the β(redacted list name)β which was used to distribute a message about commencement plans to academic and administrative leadership today. We got the original request but the message didn't appear in the moderation queue (it said there was nothing there). We needed to make some changes to the message so we had it resent for moderation and approved it through.
