Are you running crontab as the mailman user?
```
crontab -u mailman path/to/crontab.in
```
or
```
sudo -u mailman crontab path/to/crontab.in
```
Also, if you ran this for another user, you clobbered that user's
crontab and you need to remove the mailman crontab from that user and
restore the original if any.
