Hi,
You need to submit a Sender Support ticket at the following website:
https://postmaster.live.com/snds/
As part of that ticket you'll need the error message from your outgoing
SMTP server, which is the "Unfortunately, messages from myi.pad.dr.ess
weren't sent…" bit. If it works like it always has for me, I'm pretty
sure the entire process is automated. In a few hours, look for a
response, hopefully indicating that your IP has been conditionally
mitigated.

So I've been scrolling around on Microsoft's help/troubleshooting
pages and am flummoxed. Any advice? The list is hosted on a VPS I
believe by Hawkhost.
On https://sendersupport.olc.protection.outlook.com/snds/JMRP, I see
the below (not sure how this paste will translate on an ascii email)
which lists some IP addresses that are not ours. Ours is similar (on
the 198.252..) but not the ..110. subnet. Not sure how smart it is to
post IP addresses.
That's about all I have now. Hoping for advice.
