I did a reboot no joy.
And "no such file or directory: '/var/lib/mailman/its-alerts/config.db.last"

It appears you have lost your entire list configuration and it's backups.
With a functioning list, there are potentially 4 list configuration files in in the /var/lib/mailman/its-alerts/. These are

config.pck - the current list configuration
config.pck.last - copy of config.pck from just before it was last updated.
config.db - A mailman 2.0 configuration from long ago
config.db.last - a copy as above.

config.db and config.db.last are useless as they are very old. If they are there, they should be removed.

It appears that all 4 files are missing. Normally there would also be pending.pck and request.pck files as well but those may be missing too or maybe the entire /var/lib/mailman/its-alerts/ directory or even the /var/lib/mailman/ directory is missing.

Your only recourse is to restore the missing stuff from a backup if you have one.
