Hi,

We are running a RHEL8 version of mailman2. Is there any test(s) I can run to
find out if RH's patched version is the same secure version as the latest/ last
mailman2 binary released?

Currently we have, mailman-2.1.30-1.module+el8.9.0+19511+cc1b14d9.x86_64

When I was a Mailman 2 administrator, I was using Ubuntu. I researched
each of the Ubuntu patches, and I found some that I did not understand.
And one patch deleted a file that was necessary in some circumstances.
As I was required to install via a package, I created my own Ubuntu
package for Mailman 2 from the Mailman-supplied source code. I do not
know how RH packages differ from the Ubuntu packages. Contact me
privately for details.
