that "Most of the email servers in the world now require DMARC records
or they will reject your emails."
I.e. the assertion is that even if my mail passes DKIM and SPF with a
domain aligned with the From: domain (i.e. passes DMARC with flying
colors), it will be rejected if my domain does not publish a DMARC
policy. Are there really major recipient domains that will reject my
mail solely because my domain doesn't publish a DMARC policy.
