Hello:

My name is Roz Fruchtman. I am the owner/manager of the *original*
HTML-Haven Discussion Group -- since November 1998. Don't be fooled by

HTML-Haven is an HTML Discussion Group dedicated to accommodate the
novice
as well as the seasoned web designer. We cover all areas of web design.

As of December 1999, we added a monthly companion Ezine called the
HTML-Haven Learning Gazette. The Learning Gazette concentrates on
*alternative* methods of learning in comparison to the traditional brick
and mortar learning that most of us grew up with. To date, the Learning
Gazettes cover: online learning facilities, learning CD/Tapes, book
reviews, etc.

All questions are welcome no matter how silly or trivial they may seem.
The
only silly question(s) is/are the ones that are *never* asked -- after
all,
we have all been there before. I can vividly remember, and do not want
others to have to go through the same traumas that I did. With this in
mind
I created HTML-Haven Discussion Group -- a Haven for ALL web designers.
One
needs not flounder when they need help!

There are so many out there that are willing to share their knowledge and
give back what others have given them. At the very least, we can direct
you
to the proper resources to help find your answer if we do not know it
ourselves. We even offer a fully searchable password protected archive
of
all of our messages. The list is secure and the archives are only open
to
our member base.

We currently enjoy a membership of approximately 1,000 members.

We have worked very hard to make everyone feel welcome and to create a
friendly atmosphere where one can ask whatever questions they are faced
with at any given time. The only stipulation we have as far as questions
are that they are related to web design, the Internet, email, browser
compatibility/incompatibility, web research, search engines, or anything
else that is somehow related.

Hello:

My name is Roz Fruchtman, and I am the owner/manager of DreamWeaver-Haven
-- A group for DreamWeaver enthusiasts -- of *all* skill levels.

My *dream* (pardon the pun) is to create an atmosphere where those that
are
new to DreamWeaver -- or just newbie/wannabees -- can come and
intermingle
with the seasoned professionals who are willing and want to give
something
back and help as they continue to learn from helping.

All questions are welcome. Nothing is too stupid to ask. The only
stupid
questions are those that are NEVER asked. I want to create an atmosphere
where people can share related resources that will benefit the group as
well as themselves.

Although we are only in existence about six weeks, we enjoy a membership
of
close to 100 active members. I hope you will join us to make it an
excellent resource for one and all! Won't you... Come and GROW WITH
US! Help us make this group the best!
