Hi Dog Lover!
I'd like to invite you to join PUREBRED, our all-breed pure bred dog
discussion list.
On PUREBRED, we learn all about our dogs from each other and have a lot
of
fun at the same time --- but it's not for everyone.
We now have a PUREBRED Veterinarian, Rachel Peeples, DVM, who would love
to
answer your health questions about your dogs. A PUREBRED regular D.
Caroline
Coile, best-selling author of "The Encyclopedia Of Dogs", and many other
Breed books in book stores, pet stores and libraries all across the US.
We also have new first time owners, members who've had dogs for years,
and
judges, handlers and breeders as well. Everybody is very nice, and loves
to
learn more about our dogs together. We think of ourselves as a family, and
we have a lot of fun. The only rule is - no attacking each other. And we
really don't have any problems with that.
We encourage all members of our PUREBRED Family to post photos, artwork,
poems as well as information, about their dogs. Our dogs are all companion
dogs first, and whatever else second. We have pets, show dogs rescues, and
performance dogs. It's basically very freewheeling, fun and friendly. Lots
of good-natured humor and irreverence.
We admire and invite all breeds, not just those recognized by AKC. Anyway,
we have Labradors, German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, Spaniels, Akitas,
Yorkies, Beagles, Dachshunds, Pit Bulls, Boxers, Rottweilers. Cocker
Spaniels, Afghan Hounds, Wolves, Carolina Singing Dog people.... you name
it. I've heard estimates that there are over 700 breeds in the world, and
we'd like to have owners and fanciers globally from all of them.
Here comes the disclaimer:
There's a lot of raunchy humor, sexual innuendo and discussions of all
kinds
on PUREBRED. Everything from politics to religion to whatever anybody
wants
to talk about. It's no holds barred, but it's also a place to come, relax
with your friends and feel free to discuss anything you want, using any
language you want. Some love it. Some hate it. We welcome you to try it.
