I've been a professional cook for more then 15 years and I've been
collecting recipes for years. I would like to share and exchange
these and other recipes with other members through the internet. My
favourite Chef of all times was James Beard and I have followed his
instructions, suggestions and techniques which has made cooking an
art in itself.
