Description
This is The Cthulhu WebRing Newsletter, and its purpose is to provide you
with information about new sites that join our ring and "old" sites that get
updated. It also contains other useful notices for Cthulhu fans.
I hope that by publishing this newsletter everybody will know when their
favorite sites are updated with new stuff and, in turn, that this will
stimulate all the webmasters out there to make their sites grow instead of
letting them slowly wither away because of lack of interest.
This newsletter is also published on the Cthulhu WebRing homepage and
