Post an intro when you join!

List Name = The Home & School Violence Discussion list.

Description:
This is a Discussion list designed for reasoned discussion on the
problems facing today's youth, both at Home and in the School system.

The problems of Home & School violence begin and end with INDIVIDUALS.
What steps can we take AS INDIVIDUALS to make this a less violent world?

This list is NOT meant for discussion of Gun Control or the War on Drugs.
The only mention of Guns/Drugs should be in direct relation to a Specific
problem. No "National" agendas, please. Local solutions which might filter
throughout the rest of the nation (or world) to improve everyone's lives.

Teachers. Students. Parents. Concerned Human Beings. All are welcome!

You are expected to exhibit self-restraint in your messages. Remember to
direct your responses toward the Ideas and not the people with whom you are
exchanging messages. Spirited discussion is encouraged.
